Because each door is custom-manufactured to your specific dimensions, returns are generally accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Thoroughly examine your composite door and hardware upon arrival for any signs of transit damage or manufacturing discrepancies before signing the delivery note.
- 2.Submit a Claim
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue to initiate the return process.
- 3.Collection Arrangement
Once your claim is approved, we will schedule a professional courier to collect the item from your property at a time that fits your schedule.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After our quality control team inspects the returned unit, we will either trigger a full refund to your original payment method or fast-track a replacement door build.
